TWWP operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA) governed by its own constitution, independent from government regulation or oversight. All content and communications within the Tap-Map App are intended exclusively for members of the TWWP PMA and should not be construed as public information.

Membership and Association

By accessing the Tap-Map App, you acknowledge that you are either a member of TWWP, considering membership, or exploring our offerings. All services, products, and information provided through the app are for the benefit of members only. Any actions you take based on the content within the app fall under the private domain of TWWP. Continued use constitutes your agreement to be bound by our constitution and bylaws, which promote mutual trust, responsibility, fairness, and equity in all interactions.

No Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice

The information provided through the Tap-Map App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice. TWWP, its founders, officers, or affiliated contractors are not licensed professionals. We encourage members to seek expert advice from qualified professionals as needed. All recommendations offered within TWWP are made in good faith and align with our commitment to fairness and equity.

Liability Waiver

Participation in any activities, services, or products offered by TWWP, including the use of Tap-Map and water filtration systems, is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. TWWP, its officers, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any harm, damages, or losses arising from your participation. This includes but is not limited to the installation or use of water filtration systems, health outcomes, or reliance on information provided through the app.

Confidentiality and Privacy

TWWP is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. Any personal or sensitive information shared via the Tap-Map App will be handled with care and not disclosed outside the association without your explicit consent, except as required by our constitution. Our commitment to confidentiality underpins the trust within the association and is aligned with principles of equity.

Agents and Interference

Access to the Tap-Map App by government or Crown agents is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the TWWP governing body. Unauthorized access or interference will be treated as a breach of the PMA’s sovereignty, subject to a minimum claim of $50,000 in damages per breach. By continuing to use the app, you affirm that you are not acting as an agent for any government or Crown entity. Any attempt to bypass TWWP’s governance using external legal mechanisms will be addressed to uphold the association’s sovereignty and principles of equity.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from your participation in TWWP must be resolved exclusively through the internal dispute resolution mechanisms outlined in the constitution. External legal actions against TWWP, its trustees, or members, or using internal information against them, are prohibited and considered a breach of membership. Violations are subject to a minimum claim of $50,000 in damages. By engaging with TWWP, you waive the right to pursue external legal action and agree to our internal governance and dispute resolution processes, which are based on fairness and equity.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Tap-Map App, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of TWWP or its content providers and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of TWWP content may result in legal action. We respect and protect the intellectual property rights of all creators within our community.

Modification of Terms

TWWP reserves the right to modify these disclaimers and terms of use at any time. Continued use of the Tap-Map App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law and Sovereignty

As a Private Membership Association, TWWP operates under the principles set forth in its constitution and bylaws, which serve as the ultimate authority for the association. External rules and regulations have no jurisdiction over TWWP, except where explicitly agreed upon. Our governance is guided by fairness, justice, and equity, ensuring all decisions and actions reflect these principles.
